God's Promises Bring Hope

As we begin the Narrative lectionary, we start with the hope embodied in God's promises:

  • To Noah, all people, and all creation.
  • To Abraham and his descendants
  • To Joseph in prison
  • & To the Hebrew People at the crossing of the Reed Sea and through the covenant and commandments.
