ALL: God covers us in the darkness of night.
LEADER: In joy and in struggle, the rhythms of creation uphold us.
ALL: Thanks be to God who renews all life.

ALL: God, open our eyes. Open our hearts. Open our ears. The wonder of creation testifies to your wisdom. There is no creature that falls outside of your caring embrace - not a single life-form is insignificant to you. When we struggle to find our place among the whole, insecure or arrogant about where we belong, ground us , O God, in your love. Amen
